I didn't have a helper, so I used one of those nylon tie-downs. Works
pretty good- I was surprised.
I'll take some pictures soon- the batteries in my camera are dead, and I
need to run by the store.

A helper, compressing the fork while you tend to the top nut would make
life easier.
