Chuck,

Firstly congrats on getting the old beast running again! Idle can be
anywhere from 500 to 1000, whichever suits you better. It will change
with the weather. If you call the bike Giuseppe, would that make you
Pinocchio?

Paul

Have read the factory service manual several times - cannot find a spec
on idle speed. I've set the bike up to idle at 1050 RPM warm; seems to
be off the advance and idles smoothly. What's the correct spec?
