Todd Eagan sent pictures from his rally last week. There was a bobbed
Loopframe. I'll see if I anfind the website pics and send them to the loop
site.

Rich. I put together something like this a while back.Started with a very
rusty extra v700 frame and front end I had laying around.Since this was a
low buck project, just cleaned up the rust and gave it a rattle can paint
job.Put in a good running Ambo eng and trans. The cosmetics were odd stuff I
had laying around. Some things I got at HD swap meets cheap, but pretty much
a stripped bike.I don't feel like I butchered a good stock loop,because it
wasn't much to begin with......whatever you do don't modify any of those had
to fine loop parts. Dave

I'm thinking about coverting an Ambo into an old-style bobber, you know
a stripped down version with as much extraneous stuff removed as
possible, crash bars off, cut down fenders, etc. I rebuilt this bike a
couple of years ago, mainly for the experience and to put it back on
the road. As I have several other bikes, including an Eldo, I eventually
tried to sell this one (tho' I didn't try real hard), but it's become
clear that won't be possible to sell the bike for anywhere near what I
have in it.

So I figure I might as well have some fun with it and I'm thinking that
a bobbed loop might be fun to do.

Has anyone done this or seen any pics of a loop bobber?
