Thanks Charlie. I'm going to head down to NTB (big Exide
dealer) tomorrow. The guys there have been very helpful
over the phone and they think the group 51 might work. I'm
going to have a look. I'll have them look up that part
number and compare.

Hi Tom,
Andy might be talking about the YIX30L-BS. O.E. fitment
is actually
late-model HD FL series. Available also as a Yuasa/Exide
and others in
the same number. Cheers,

Tom-
interstate battery just came out with a sealed,
deep-cycle type battery
that is the same dimensions as a garden tractor
battery.

Somebody recently posted the dimensions of the
battery

 for an eldo. I
can't find the post in the topica archives. Since I
cannot seem to
find anyone who carries the AC Delco group 55 battery
Greg B
recommends, I need to find alternatives. The actual
available
dimensions would be a big help. I'm not at home at
the

 moment - so I
can't just go out to the garage and measure. I am
however, bored on my
lunch hour and need a "guzzi" task :).

Thanks, -tom
