I wasn't diss'n you. BMW guys and dealers always think their rigs are worth more. Too bad Guzzis didn't bring those prices for normally used bikes.

The valve was set by the owner of a local BMW dealership. He said they go for between $2500 and $4000 with the higher value for bikes in great shape. I'm no expert so I'm relying on other's expertise.
