Yes, big disappointment for me too. I wanted to come to Batavia but was
sick with Flu-B, on anti-biotic still. Better now. Will try again next
month and will try to bring my friend who just bought a 1968 V700. Bob

so, this should be drillled out, correct?? i even looked in the 1st
tips book, and no-one mentioned it, but there is definately no hole in
the cap- i checked both V700 trans. tom's was covered with trans. lube,
too. hmmmmmmmm
at our last sunday breakfast [batavia, ny] Joe Casey showed up on his
'chicken coop' '73 eldo. has the red/white paint job, and is all
origional [origional oil leaks, dirt, feathers, etc., too!] his brother,
Jimmy, was there on a neat white ambo that he bought iat bike week. Todd
Liskow said that his eldo [been apart for 20 years] is almost done.
these guys are ALL riding their loops to the nationals. should be a
