Hi Ron,

Great timing...I just got a hold of a 1st edition and a 2nd edition v700
spare parts catalog. Referencing the 1st edition, the o-ring is part
number 90 70 61 19. The book does not provide sizing information.

And YES, I am currently in the process of scanning and PDF-ifying the
spare parts catalogs for inclusion on my website...just not there quite
yet.

Loopers,
The early model V700 I'm working on uses a long, one piece, hex headed
part,
drilled & threaded at the bottom for a head bolt on the top short stud.
My
V700 parts book shows the later, two part design w/a socket head nut & a
gasketed cap to keep the oil where it belongs. The one piece design uses
an
o-ring for the same purpose. Does anyone know the part # for the O-ring?
Or,
what size it is?
Thanks,
Ron Komoroski
