FYI:
Greg's page is mostly on one big long page that could easily be printed.
If you want all the links too, if you go to File->Print in your browser,
their will be on options tab (at least in Internet Explorer) where you can
check a box to print all linked documents as well.

I'm not lobbying for a CD, but if one became available I would probably
get it. Why? 2 reasons...
1) in case your website goes away for whatever reason
2) in case my internet connection goes away for whatever reason
