Joel, Carb cleaner won't do it, you need a spray can of starting fluid,
should only cost about $1.50 at your local auto parts store. Spray the
intakes, between the carb body and the cylinder head, when the bike is
idling. If there is any air leak, when you spray, obviously the bike should
increase rpms. If there is no increase you can assume there is no air leak.
By the way, did you try tightening, carefully, the three allen head bolts on
the intake ports? They may be loose from vibrations, don't overtighten.
Try this stuff and keep us informed. Bob Hawkes.

Well I didn't have any starting fluid and was afraid to try the lighter
fluid so I sprayed carb and choke cleaner on the intake seal and no
change in RPM. Would the carb cleaner and starting fluid have the same
reaction? It sure cleaned the area real nice though. Tomorrow morning
I will try letting the bike run with the choke on for a while longer to
see if that makes a difference.
