Subject: NGC - need help wiring up a mill I inherited

I just brought home a JET-16 milling machine from my Grandpa's. It has a 1HP motor that was originally setup for 220v, but my garage is not setup for 220.
The motor is a Tatung and has provisions for 115v, but the paperwork I have has no diagrams on how to hook it up for 115.
I can email pics if necessary.
