At the bottom of your throttle grip, there is a screw. It's a tensioner and you can tighten or loosen it to adjust your throttle's return. It is a matter of opinion, but I have always preferred to tighten it so it stays put, but can be easily twisted down to reduce the throttle. On a long ride, it's nice to be able to loosen your grip to arm reduce fatigue.

So my question is, does it not snap back because that is an nuance of this 30+ year old bike, it never did, or is there a way to adjust it? Thanks for your help.
