The leakdown sounds terrific, but the compression total is a bit low. 130psi isn't particularly good. Should maybe be up around 160. Is this an old 750 Ambo? Maybe those are a bit lower?
Let me ask. Did you remove both spark plugs? Did you crank open the throttle and hold it wide open throughout the test? Failing either of these will yield lower and erratic results.
