My '75 Eldo has a '77 SP motor with 36mm Dellorto Carbs. A few years
ago Gordon K. of MG Cycle provided me with throttle cables from some
Guzzi or another that worked but had a little too much freeplay (I made
teeny little spacers)

The 90 degree bend between the adjuster and the top of the carb sent my
cables to an early grave so I ordered some more. Since my first order
Gordon had figured out the cable needed to work with the "Daytona"
throttle and had a custom set made by Barnett. Here is the listing on
their page:

Cable1 MG Cycle custom cable to link PHF/PHM carbs to Tommaselli
Daytona 2C throttle, low bars 27.50

Cable2 MG Cycle custom cable to link PHF/PHM carbs to Tommaselli
Daytona 2C throttle, high bars 27.50

Holy customer service Batman! Those modest fellows at MG Cycle don't
even mention the adjusters built into the cable sleeve. So practical!

I have since ordered 40 degree pipes from Bevel Heaven to go in the tops
of my carbs in the hopes that they will preserve my cool custom cables.

Tomorrow I will be beavering away in the garage getting the bike
roadworthy in preparation for my epic journey to the National.
