Isn't that "Slime" or something like that? It doesn't balance, only
seal. PJ1 supposedly does both, but I use it for the balancing effect

It's a greenish colored substance about the consistency of cream-of-wheat, that you pump into the tube. According to PJ1's claims it prevents and seals leaks too.
