Had highs hopes of receiving my Gilardoni kits from Harper's in time to
install them, do a short shakedown run and then ride Sophia up to the
WNY Rally. But alas, I've been "Harpooned" - wondered why they hadn't
shown up yet so called Harper's today to inquire. The response was "Oh,
they shipped on Friday, should be there on Wednesday." Told Curtis on
Tuesday when I ordered them that I needed them a.s.a.p. and he said
they'd ship on Wednesday. Guess not. And Harper's wondered why the
credit card on file for me had expired five years ago!? Makes me
appreciate Gordon and Rick at MG Cycle all that much more! So, it looks
like the '69 goes to WNY again. :-(
