Robert,

Mark is at Motoguzzi classics, Tele 562. 986. 0070

There used to be a guy, Dr. Bob or something like that, in Oakland, NJ. He
did one of the heads on my V700 a couple of years back. He had some Ariels,
BSAs, etc in his shop and I heard he was good, though I'm not sure he's
still in business.

Where are you around NYC?

If you decide to try to wrench it yourself and need a hand I'm in Rockland
County.

Anyone know of someone who services loops in the NYC area? My '73 eldo
seems to have some tranny problems. It's hard to get in neutral, and
slips back into gear if it's in neutral. Also makes some scary clunks
when I'm braking hard with the clutch pulled in.
Otherwise, it shifts through the gears just fine. I've got no space to
take it apart myself.
I had some advice to call a Mark from MG Classics (in CA I think) but I
don't have the number.
