Check out the Loop in the picture on page 119 of the July Motorcyclist.
Carbs mounted on the front (exhaust port) with the muffler existing
straight out from the intake port.
It also sports some sort of "jockey" seat on top of some sort of formed
cover over the mid area.
DB "surfboards" complete the package.
