Even though I live up in Silver Spring, I used to work down at Pax River for
a consulting firm in the distant past. Went to the Tiki bar a few times for
drinks; lots of partying around in the summer down there...just about
nothing else to do. My wife really likes crab cake and Stoney's (Broomes
Island) is the place. We ride the Eldo down there a few times a year just
to sample them.

I'm at Pax River this week on business travel. Headed over to the Tiki
Bar after dinner at Stoney's to grab a Mai Tai with a group of
co-workers. Was in mid-conversation when an old bike pulled up. Put
down my drink and walked over to see what it was, then heard the classic
loopframe sound. Got next to the guy as he pulled off his helmet and
saw the bike was a 74 Police Eldo, black and white. I said "What is
your name?" He said "Steve Barrett", I said, "Steve, I'm Keith Ruff".
Finally got to meet him in such a coincidental way. I had arrived just
a few minutes before he showed up, he came by for a drink. Didn't get
the chance to meet him my last trip here as he was on travel. What was
the other guy's name whom you know down here? Think he lived in
Solomon's. Greg did not know who he was.

Pretty cool meeting fellow loopers around the country.....
