I wish I was technically savvy enough to help Charlie, but there have to
be some IT people on this list. I am on three other mailing lists which
all use Mailman (http://www.gnu.org/software/mailman/). It seems to work
great and the admins all rave about it. I am 99% sure that you need a
server to host it though and that is 99% over my head.
