Thanks for the great advice regarding retrofitting my eldo headlight
circuit w/relays.When the switch melted down i was left thinking it
happened as result of too much resistance in circuit. When headlight and
clearance lights are on i am burning 6 bulbs thru that cev rocker
switch. Will install relays before i burn up my rather expensive "new"
switch i got thru ebay.Do i need a relay for each of the three functions
of the switch? Thanks again Scott K ... no rush more snow on the

Hey, Scott,

I put a piece of perforated electrical board in my left toolbox, shaped
like the toolbox, substituting longer bolts for the original toolbox
bolts to hold it. I was able to get a small fuseboard and four Radio
Shack relays in there to run the rear lights, both stop and tail, since
I added a pair of JCWhitney bullet lights to my license bracket, for
running lights.
