Try a Yamaha YHA205. This is the switch that many put on back in the late
70s. Works well. Go to a junkyard and pull one or two yourself, you should
get a good deal. I pulled two and keep the second for backup, not likely to
need it though. The body polishes well or have it chromed.
This switch has everything within thumbs reach. But save those original CEV,
for restoration.
