Subject: Rear Brake Light and Steering Binds in the Middle

I am finally putting my full attention to getting my LAPD on the road. So
two questions have come up (I'm sure there'll be more):
1. If I don't add additional brake lights, is there a replacement bulb type
that would significantly increase the lumens without melting the fuse block
or the CEV housing?
2. For the first time I have noticed a bind in the steering at dead center,
I just recently got Stephen Brenton's tooth spanners for the lockrings (the
right tools are such a good feeling, they worked beautifully) so would
overtightening cause this? The forks fall right or left smoothly.
I believe that Tom Short would a.) like to see me at the every first Sunday
breakfast and b.) on a my loop, not in my Trailblazer. He is a big guy and I
would like to keep him happy.
Thanks for any help in advance.
Regards,
Ross
