Gene,

You could also go with a Group 55 automotive battery. I have a Delco in
my Ambassador and like the fact that it has a common vent on each end of
the battery. I sealed off the one and ran a tube for venting from the
other. This is not the cheapest option available, but the battery has
exception reserve capacity and lots-o-grunt.

Gentlemen: Does anyone have a part number for a
battery for a 73 eldo thats available at one of the
major auto supply stores reasonably priced? Thanks,
Gene, N.Y.

Yeah, go to walmart, and get a lawn and garden
battery with at least 365 cca. should cost between $20
and $30. been using them in my guzzi's for almost 10
years without any problems, and with proper
maintanance i usually get 3 years out of them.
