Hey everbody!!

It's nice to be able post something worthwhile..

Last weekend was the 13th Annual Arizona Moto Guzzi rally, held in
beautiful Prescott, AZ. We had nearly 120 registered with a few day
passes thrown in. Riders came from 9 states other that Arizona!! A
terrific turnout. I can't tell you too much or I'll spoil the article
for the MGNOC newsletter.

On to the loops!! There weren't a whole lot of 'em... One ratty Eldo
with a homemade flatbed sidecar that folded out to make a bed. A really
nice Moto Guzzi Classics Eldo that Mark put together. It was the bike
that burnt up in San Diego a couple years ago, but you would never have
known it! It was REALLY nice!!

My favorite was a V7 Special.. The European Ambo.. All original..
European decals and the speedo was in kph's! Original pea-shooter pipes,
too. I loved it!

To celebrate the rally, I bought a freinds 1974 disk braked Eldo! This
is the bike that the guy burned up my spare Eldo engine in, so I got it
pretty reasonably!!

The Guzzi Guru, BJ Schwartz, has the parts I need to rebuild it, or I
just might sell it to Mark at MG Classics as he is in need of bikes to
build. I dunno! Is four Eldos too many!!!!!

Cheers!
