Well the tour is nearly over. Down to the ferry tomorrow and across Italy
back to Vicenza on Tuesday.
I hope I don't insult anyone or ruffle any feathers. I've now been to France
or French property on three separate tours. Perhaps one needs to go to five
stars in Paris to get really good food. The fare here in Corsica has been
nice, but nothing to write home about. As you may know by my "ample"
physique, I appreciate good food. NOTHING in France can hold a candle to the
simplest meals in Italy. You want to ride? The French and Swiss Alps or
Corsica. You want to ride AND eat? Italy for sure.
