Another source, if you know the sizes and thread pitch you need for
each application is:

I haven't used them, but my brother used these guys on his LeMans I,
and a variety of other bikes. They are a mail/internet order house,
and as I recall they are in Pennsylvania. There is info on their
website, and you can order a catalog on the internet.
