Why not just buy the one made for it? The cost is about the same and it
looks.....Well, like it was made for it.
Try MG cycle 888 464-2925.
The whole deal was about $200, with shipping. He also has a bracket set
to mount National Cycle Police style shield to Eldo/Ambo (pn TAJ1). The
guy is prety nice and discounts parts.
