Subject: clutch arm adjustment

I just got my wife's Ambo back together and in the process I had to swap
out the clutch arm. Now when you let the clutch out the bike lunges. It
is like the clutch is engaging to fast, no mater how slow you let the
handle out. I think it is the threaded clutch adjustment on the back of
the clutch arm. What is the right way to adjust this.
