Resolved. I posted earlier about a small leak from a valve cover.
Thanks for all the suggestions, one of which was to double up the
gaskets. Well, there's an even easier solution- MGCycle, I noticed,
sells 'thick' valve cover gaskets.
I ordered a set, they were in my hands in two days. They work like a
charm. Cost me all of $3.20 more for them than standard thickness. I'm
pretty happy- simple pleasures for simple minds. Course I just got back
from a ride too. Dang, the weather is nice in the Midwest right now. I
guess we'll pay for it later.
