Just went through that exercise last night:
In Guzziology it says that NGK recommends NGK BP7ES for the Ambo while
Dave Richardson recommends NGK BP6ES.
The '7' will be a cooler plug, my NGK reference guide says that 'P'
means 'Projected Insulator Type' but that doesn't really mean anything
to me.
