BTW some polishing is best left to the pros !
I polished the dash on Tom's bike entirely with HAND TOOLS . Starting
with flat filing to get the surfaces TRUE ,woring thru the various grit
papers then hand rubbing with oiled abrasive blocks . You can get a
great show qulity finish without risking the dreaded wheel grab/part
toss from getting too close to the edge ,going in the wrong direction
syndrome on a too small wheel !!!

Does anyone have a single gauge civilian dash housing they'd be willing
to sell? Mine broke while polishing and I really need one. Will pay
handsomely.

Thanks
