Just pulling your leg.
I used the larger relays I got from AutoZone. I hadn't thought of 2sided tape! I'll give that a try.
I did manage to run a separate 10ga wire (through the harness sheathing) to the headlight shell. I am using it to power the headlight (through the relays) only. I pirated a left handlebar switch from a parts bike (jap) that passed through my hands, and when I get the LH turn-signal bracket, I will add turn signals.
