Both sides seem too low. Difference should never exceed 15psi. Did you have someone hold the throttles wide-full-open while you cranked during the compression test? Biggest error. Throttles must be open. If you did it correctly, then those readings predict you will now be doing a valve job. How many miles on these heads?
