my crash gave me some downtime to get my little metric stainless
business going. i've got a pretty complete kit put together for
loopframes. these are all stainless. here's what it comes with:.
valve cover - 16 socket allen
generator cover - 4 hex head
timing cover - 3 socket allen + 3 flat washers
timing chest (lower) - 4 socket allen + 4 flat washers
timing chest (upper) - 10 socket allen + 10 flat washers
oil pan bolts - 14 socket allen + 14 flat washers
front brake pinch bolts - 2 socket allen
front fender stay to fork lower - 4 hex head + 4 flat washers
front fender chrome trim to fork lower - 4 hex head + 4 flat washers + 4
lock washers + 4 nuts
front fender to chrome trim - 4 hex head + 4 flat washers
front fork pinch bolt - 2 hex head + 2 flat washers + 2 nuts (this is a
big bolt/nut!)
headlight bucket trim ring - 1 socket allen
headlight bucket - 2 - hex head + lock washers + 2 flat washers
instrument panel - 4 - socket allen
police sidestand - 4 - hex head + 4 lock washers + nuts
battery tray - 6 hex head + 6 flat washers
top crashbar mounts - 2 hex head + 2 flat washers
lower crashbar mounts - 2 hex head + 2 flat washers
tank bolts - 2 hex head + 4 flat washers + 2 nuts
shock mount nuts - 4 nuts + 4 flat washers
rear brake lever pinch bolt - 1 socket allen
it's 189 pieces. i tested the kit out on a eldo i have, and it all
fits. (for the skeptical)
i can also break these up in to anyway you want...(i.e. floorboard setup
etc..just engine/just valve cover/whatever)
the kits come completely sorted and labelled (not just a big bag of
nuts/bolts/etc.)
the complete kit is $80.00 (free shipping)
i'll be listing them on ebay for $99.00 - i know someone else has a
small engine kit listed for $41.00 and it only has 40 small
bolts..(valve cover/front cover/transmission cover).
every piece in my set is stainless
(nuts/bolts/flatwashers/lockwashers). the allen heads are not knurled.
