Hi Les,

The SOB is a bracket made by Stephen Brenton. It bolts on to the main
shift shaft. Then, the lever that comes out of the back of the
transmission is flipped 180 degrees. The end result is that you have a
1-down, 3-up shift pattern. The four speed transmission originally came
with a 1-up, 3-down shift pattern.
