Only thing I would add to all the other suggestions is after good soaking w/pb give it a little heat and repeat before starting the drilling.

Love the PB Blast Cam, you can even buy it in the drug store here in the northeast like Genovese and Eckereds. Another bolt removing trick is to cut a notch in the remaining stud with the cutoff wheel of a dremel tool (or a hacksaw I suppose) and turn it out with a big screwdriver. Sears also makes a set of drill bits to this sort of thing. Good luck.

Wholeheartedly agree. PB Blaster is the best for the hard to reach
places. If you can get past the fact it is made in Cleveland, along with
most of the other toxic stuff we like best, it is truly remarkable. You
can spray it at any odd angle and watch it seep into the space where you
thought there was no space. If it's a straight through hole with a bolt
in it, you can actually watch the stuff come dribbling out the other
side. It gets in there where nothing else seems to. It works and it's
entertaining, too...well, if you're easily amused.
Thanks to all for the carb answers.
