That Cop is well known actor Tom Skerritt. I don't know why, but he did
this film under a pseudonym as actor M. Borman.
The film was shot throughout the San Francisco Bay area. The Guzzi
chase and steal scene takes place on the old Dumbarton Bridge. I
commuted over it many years before it was abandoned in favor of a new,
high-rise, four-lane affair (now already six lanes).
The Cat Stevens music is superb throughout.
