Just wanted to say thanks for pointing me in this direction...
A few years back, you and I had conversed (via email) 'bout Guzzi's on
the MGCL list. I bought the book - memorized it during a bout with
pneumonia. Good stuff!
Anyway, I'm finally taking delivery in the next ten days or so on my
very 1st Guzzi - a civilian '72 in original unrestored condition. It's
funny - after looking at all the neato pix in your book, the bike I was
really attracted to was your personal ride - a black Eldo.
If you 've ever wondered what sort of impact your labors have,
well...here's proof!
