Hi, all. I took my oil pressure sensor out to replace
the leaking aluminum crush washer. I called auto parts
stores, hardware stores, fastener stores, etc., and
couldn't find anyone who stocks crush washers! I was
surprised. Just to see what would happen, I looked up
"crush washer" on Google. Just to show how few people
search for crush washers, the #5 address on the list
was MG Cycle. I guess a large poftion of the users of
crush washers in the US are guzzi riders.

So anyway, rummaging through my parts cans I found an
appropriately-sized fiber washer (from a fuel
petcock). I guess that would stop the leak. Do you
think it will hold up to the heat?
