Using the factory tool, you can only get it so tight anyway.

1. I can't find any torque specs for that, either. I'd just run it up
nice and tight...maybe 30 foot pounds since we are dealing with steel??? 2.
I don't think it will effect anything like shaft end-play. I think it
just important for it to be tight and not to be able to back out. 3. One tab
is sufficient, IMO.
