Carburetor enricher (choke) plunger - seal replacement

On Dellorto VHB carburetors, the rubber seal on the enricher (choke) plungers may need to be replaced from time to time. The seal is really nothing more than a flat disc of rubber.
Thanks to Bruce Giller for sending me these instructions on how to replace the seals with 3⁄32 inch thick, 6 mm diameter discs that he makes using Viton material. In Bruce's own words:
You'll notice that these gaskets have a taper to them due to compressing the Viton when using a hammer & punch, but this works to our advantage. The plunger holes have a very faint lip so you need to start cramming / easing / pushing the new gasket in starting with the small end. I had to use my bench vise to hold the plunger for it takes two hands to do this. Once the small end is started, it is a simple matter of pushing the gasket all the way in. The final step is to run a dental pick around the outside of the hole to get the gasket to lay under the lip.
