Fork drain plug

Moto Guzzi V700, V7 Special, Ambassador, 850 GT, 850 GT California, Eldorado, and 850 California Police models

The drain plug at the bottom of each fork leg is a 5 mm × 0.8 mm × 7 mm slotted cheese head machine screw. A suitable replacement is McMaster-Carr part number 91800A318.
