Late gear and bushing on left, early on right. Guzzi apparently revised the bushing and gear to correct the problem of the 4th gear bushing fracturing at the flange.

The outer diameter of the late bushing (and ID of the gear) is 24 mm, the early bushing and gear is 23 mm.

Found that I had some Multipurpose 932 Bearing Bronze already, so thought I'd try making one of the early type bushings since they are no longer available anywhere in the world. In about 45 minutes I had turned the one on the left out.
