  • Darrell Dick reports good results with AS 568 A -114. The cross-section of this O-ring is identical to Guzzi's original specification (2.62 mm); only the ID is slightly smaller (15.54 mm).
  • Jim VanDenBerghe reports good results with a 3 mm × 16 mm O-ring, such as this Viton one from McMaster-Carr part number 9263K724.
  • Leonard Watkins also reports good results with a 3 mm × 16 mm O-ring (same size used by Jim VanDenBerghe). Leonard's tranmission number is G01767 ().
