Sorry I can't help with your noise, but just wanted to comment on location. I was born and raised in Norwalk and worked my college years at the Shell station which is just south of the Wilton/Norwalk line on Main Ave which used to be old Route 7 at the time. Was an old Caldors store across the street. California now.
