Me again.
I used to ride like that, as everyone from my ship had Nortons or =
Triumphs. My first Ambo had no centerstand, and I rode it so hard that =
the muffler clamp bolts were both ground half off. I remember the slow =
headshakes occasionally but never had a wobble like that. I had the Eldo =
when I got married, and with wife and camping gear, the front end would =
get light, and wander a bit, but never wobbled at any speed even when in =
the twisties in the mountains. All of mine had (have) the handlebar =
mount Wixoms.
Your description sounds more like a heavy rear end, for it to get that =
out of control, or perhaps a defect or specific condition only found on =
some bikes.
