I'm not sure how much weight was taken off the flywheel, I plan on
it when I swap it over to the 750 motor. The lighter flywheel helps themotor
spin quicker, thus helps with acceleration (Walt's flywheel is lightenedas
well). One noticeable drawback to the lighter flywheel is that without theto
mass of a heavy flywheel, engine braking is much more pronounced. I have
be really on top of my downshifting as I have gotten the bike seriously
sideway trying to slow down for turns.
