Uh rear main seal? What's that 100mm? Fresh out in my toolbox :)

I borrowed the tool from someone and wrote down measurements
somewheres. What I did on my BMWs was to use a marker to mark the depth
of the original seal and use a big socket (30mm)as a driver and to
gently work my way around the edges to meet the depth marked. Failing
that, cut a piece of clean wood (sand it nice too!) to match the outside
diameter of the seal and tap around the edges to seat the seal. Or if
you have the tooling machine a correct sized driver.

The quick fix is to use a socket the same size as the seal to drive it
in
with.
