I don't know if it is worth fixing. Maybe it's a
collectible. My 74 lapd chrome fendered, amal carbed,
4LS model has a bosch starter and regulator. I
replaced my regulator recently with one for a 74 VW
bug. The old one is laying on the garage floor. I'd
let it go cheap if anyone's interested. OK, free if
you pay the shipping. ;-)

Are these repairable? I just replaced my regulator
and have the
original Marelli in my garage. Is it fixable or
should I file it in the
garbage can? I gather it wouldn't be worth fixing?
