If they are del Ortos, pulling the cable turns the choke on. Not and the
choke is off. At least with my DelOrtos.
If they are AMALS, pulling the cable tuns the choke off, not and the choke
is on. Which makes for fun when the cable breaks.. Which is why many
AMALS have the choke removed.
